How it works
Controlled organization
It may apply Gmail labels and archive messages according to owner-approved routing rules. Ordinary mail is organized rather than deleted.
Safety before automation
Approved Inbox and Observe sender protections run before semantic classification. Unknown exact senders enter a New Sender review path and do not silently gain archive authority.
Private operating boundary
Credentials, tokens, runtime records, and audit state stay in the owner's approved private systems. They are not hosted on this public portal or stored in its source repository.
Availability: AI Email Management is an owner-operated internal application. It is not currently offered as a public multi-user service.
Data-use principles
- Google user data is used only to provide email-management functionality.
- Email data is not sold.
- The public site contains no raw email bodies, OAuth tokens, API keys, or credentials.
- Routing uncertainty or a policy gap is held for review rather than used to invent new authority.
